Speed Scraps!

We still have a speed scrap a day for the month of May going on at Gingerscraps! I am hosting TWO this week. I will host my normal "Afternoon Delight" Speed Scrap on Friday at 1 PM Pacific. I am then hosting a bonus SS on Sunday at 1 PM as well.

Tonight's Speed Scrap

In my Gingerscraps Gallery

1. Choose 4 papers and 1 photo.
2. Back your photo with three of your papers and use the last paper for the background.
3. Add a string and a tag.
4. Add 4 flowers, 2 leaves and 1 other element of your choice. Giving you this instruction a minute or two early so you can hunt those down :) (flowers, star clusters, those are the same, right?)
5. Add 2 copies of a flying animal. (SOME elephants CAN fly!)
6. Date your layout, but you can't put all of the date on the tag; it must at least be partially dated some other way...for example, a date slider, text written on one of your papers, etc.
7. Final instruction! You may journal on your tag (and elsewhere if you wish!).

I totally rebelled on my speed scrap. But I LOVED how it came out!

An exciting new collab!

So I don't know if anyone actually looks at the blinkies I have on the left side of my blog, but I have a new one.

My Layouts

I haven't done a lay out post in forever! I have been busy!

I made this LO from the Scrap Orchard May Mega. I LOVE this LO. It was the second LO I did with my new computer. It was weird; as soon as I got my 23" wide screen moniter, I could cluster. ROFL. I sure couldn't on my 15" laptop!

I did this one at today's speed scrap. The Kit is Leaving the World Behind by Britt-ish. This kit was bought during my NSD spending spree! The letter A is from the Amanda Heimann "To Infinity" alpha.

This layout was made with the Amanda Heimann kit Tomfoolery... I think it was a collab, but I am too tired to look. This one is soooooo one of my favorites. I LOVE the pictures! This was the first LO I did with my new computer.

Not an Amanda Heimann kit, HA! But it is was the Scrap Orchard February Mega, and I can't guarantee that there isn't an Amanda Heimann item in there somewhere... a paper maybe?


I never posted this one! I LOVE this kit. Would you believe the kit it'self is actually quite floral? Seriously. Amber was shocked and said, "Wow. That's an interesting take on the kit." It is from the Stolen Moments kit, "Pure Perfection". (I think. Bad CT member!)


So do any of them catch your eye? I can totally make a QP out of Amber's but since I am not on Amanda Heimann's CT, I don't have permission to make QPs out of her stuff.... Maybe I could try my hand at template making. Thoughts?
