I used the Gingerscraps kit, New Year for this layout. I LOVE this kit. The colors are beautiful. Hurry over to Gingerscrap's store and buy the kit, you can get there by clicking on the kit preview. It has gorgeous papers and beautiful elements. I love the party hats. :) I ADORE the star swirlies. Ah stars...
